Bembridge windmill is a tower mill, which is located at Bembridge, Isle of Wight, England. Bembridge windmill was built in the year 1700 and was painted by Turner in the year 1795. The windmill was working till the year 1915, which was generally used for grinding animal feed.

This windmill is the only surviving windmill on the Isle of Wight, which was last used in the year 1915 but still has its original machinery intact. It is England’s earliest surviving mills and has some interesting wooden machinery.

This windmill is managed, preserved and operated by National Trust of Bembridge. Bembridge windmill is one of the islands best known landmarks and boasts glorious panoramic views unspoilt countryside to the sea beyond. This building is 11 m high with four floors and walls vary from half to one meter in thickness. There are four beautiful common anticlockwise sails, which are made up of wooden shafts. This windmill is very beautiful tourist attraction.
