It is 13 meters high consisting three parts and entirely built in bricks and stone. There are various kinds of Buddha figures and scripts are carved on the surface of the Pagoda. Dazhao Lamasery: Dazhao Lamasery “Grand Temple”, is located in the Hohhot and is the largest temple in the entire city. The Dazhao Lamasery was built with elegant features with both Tibetan and Han architecture styles. In the main hall there is sacred silver portrait of Buddha, and it has history of 400 years. The Lamasery has a collection of many precious religious and cultural relics including Silver Buddha, murals and dragon sculptures.
